As Executive Management Consultant, Sonya brings to Noyes & Associates, Ltd. over
35 years of extensive healthcare management experience, working inside
hospitals, ambulatory and home care settings.
In a variety of settings from
community hospitals to academic medical centers, Sonya has been responsible for
establishing successful patient care delivery systems and start-up home care
programs.
Sonya's realistic, hands-on approach to change and operational redesign help
clients envision and implement high quality, low cost delivery systems.
Because of Sonya's knowledge, she is responsible for all recruitment functions
of Noyes & Associates, Ltd. The goal of N&A is to obtain the best candidate to
meet the requirements of the client.
