Management Education:

  • We provide a management education program addressing basic, intermediate and advanced leadership training skills. Our 12-module curriculum addresses the required skills of front line managers. We include an organizational specific project to support application of skill learned.

Consulting Services:

  • Organizational Assessment and Redesign Support: We believe strongly that there is no better way to achieve excellence in patient care and a positive financial return than by designing systems to be effective and efficient. We work with the organization to begin implementation of the changed processes within 3 months. We believe that a fast track, including employees and physician participation, decrease stressful and costly anxiety. A redesign project begins with an assessment of the organization’s culture and its vision of patient care. Objectives are based upon organization goals and change management strategy. To achieve planned changes, education and objective measures of success are central to real improvement.
      
  • Departmental Performance Reviews: These assessments are most often directed to review the structure, processes and leadership that impact patient care and financial return. We engage specialists in the departmental area of concern. Projects of this nature typically last 3-5 days. An objective evaluation often helps get the organization on the right track and feel confident in their direction

  • Temporary and Permanent Management, Executive Search: We recruit talented and experienced managers and directors for organizations. The typical temporary contract is 4-6 months. The Temporary manager becomes the contracted employee of the organization and is provided wages, living accommodations and periodic trips home. Noyes & Associates is paid a fee of 25% of the annualized salary. This temporary service provides organizations with excellent leadership during transitions and the permanent search. Our permanent search contracts are done on either a retained or contingent basis. Our fee is 25% of annualized salary plus incurred expenses.
