| Senior Director, Surgical Services

Noyes & Associates, Ltd. has been retained to assist in the search for an energetic, knowledgeable nurse leader in this prestigious Children's Hospital. Position provides administrative oversight of Directors of Perioperative, Ambulatory Surgery and matrix reporting oversight of the Surgical Service Manager. Ability to develop short and long term strategies to support organizational goals pertinent to the Surgical Service line. Areas include: Presurgical Assessment, Day Surgery, OR and PACU on the inpatient and outpatient sides (24 rooms) as well as ambulatory surgical services at the Pavilion Surgery Center 8 rooms. Includes Comprehensive pediatric Dental care in both the clinic and operating room environment. Effective communication and interaction with medical school, community physicians, schools of nursing and regulatory agencies. Performs 14,00 inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory surgeries annually
Budget is @ $147 million

Requirements: Requires 5 years of clinical experience (pediatric preferred) and a minimum of 5 years nursing leadership at the director level or above. RN with Advanced degree in Business, healthcare administration or Nursing.
