Problem Solving and Team Building

At Noyes & Associates, it is our mission to help clients garner leadership strength from the mid-level managers in the workforce, strength that can be measured in the effective and efficient management of organizational resources.

We have developed a straightforward, competency based, mid-level manager training/education program addressing the responsibilities of the unit/department level managers.

Solve today's and tomorrows predictable problems…
Educate and Revitalize your front line managers

Managers are the basis for clinical and financial excellence. Typically they are poorly prepared for their ever-changing roles. Noyes & Associates has developed a 13 module educational program entitled “Developing the Successful Manager,” designed to prepare managers to work smarter and more skillfully.

An effective manager will have the ability to motivate and mobilize your operations workforce to achieve the desired organizational results if they are not overcome with lack of self-confidence and fear of failure. Employee's performance, morale and retention will not benefit from unskilled leaders. The ripple effect will impact patient care and certainly financial return.

Our program begins with a survey of self-confidence on 70 areas of responsibility that are based on the required duties of the Front Line Manager. This survey includes a system of performance measurements that can be used to effectively gauge achievement and the attainment of critical, unit level and organizational objectives, in time to really make a difference.

Our program provides opportunities for team building within the management group and is a comprehensive program that can be tailored to meet your organization’s unique requirements.
