Mentoring Program

Our services support organizations to create a mentoring/coaching culture.

Noyes & Associates, Ltd. has the capacity to deliver a structured implementation – training, coaching and consultation services - to support your organization’s development of a sustainable mentoring process. We believe that any mentoring process, that is aligned with organizational initiatives has the potential to produce skill enhancement, to organizational leadership requirements.

We enjoy helping you creating an implementation strategy for a mentoring culture. We can partner with your internal staff to facilitate, and administer your mentoring program.

As a place to start, let me outline our “menu” of professional development services:

  • Specifically designed process to match individuals of different skills levels for purpose of assigning formal mentoring pairs
  • Comprehensive needs assessment (quantitative and qualitative tools) to determine organizational resources, participant skill/performance needs and desired learning methods
  • On-site customized orientation and learning programs, augmented with web-based discussion boards for participants. The learning programs typically include content related to:

  • 1:1 coaching provide by professional coaches to provide “just-in-time” individualized development and support for participants
  • Coordination of evaluation and measurement processes to assess efficacy and value of mentoring process and to refine program for long-term success
