Our primary service since 1989 has been to provide organizations with temporary executives to fill the void during the search process.
Framework for Temporary Management Agreements:
- The manager becomes a fully accountable employee of the client’s organization.
- The client pays the salary and benefits of the manger directly to the manager. Difficulty of the assignment, level of experience and salary requirements of the temporary manager may add or subtract from the salary request. Benefits are optional.
- Noyes & Associates Ltd fee is based upon the paid salary.
- All travel and living expenses are paid on a pass through basis to the temporary manager.
- Out of town managers are granted periodic expense paid trips home.
- Noyes & Associates Ltd. is held harmless from any and all types of liability arising from the provision of service.
- An agreement between the temporary manager and the client to identify specific objectives is encouraged.
- Should it become the mutual desire of both parties to convert the temporary manager to a permanent employee, or extend the contract beyond the specified time, the single management fee is applied in full.
- Typical contracts are structured to last no more than six months.
Our goal is to help you make the right selection for you organization. If a person who we present is hired within one year for any position within the organization, Noyes & Associates Ltd. is due its professional placement fee.
The Fee to Noyes & Associates Covers the Following:
- We agree to send resumes of people who we feel meet qualifications specified in a timely manner.
- During the candidate selection process, we are available by telephone to answer any questions you may have.
- If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resumes submitted we would present other qualified people for you review.
- If the employee hired under this agreement is discharged for fault or resigns during the first three- (3) months of employment, a satisfactory replacement will be presented at no additional charge to you within a reasonable of period of time.
- Agreed upon expenses associated with the search will be reimbursed.
- References will be checked and names given to you for follow-up on work performance.
- We will assist the candidate by providing information about your area.
- We do not require an exclusive agreement.
- You consent to the jurisdictions of the courts of Illinois that the right and obligation of parties arising under this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois.
