Our goal is to help you make the right selection for you organization in as short as time as possible.

The Fee to Noyes & Associates Covers the Following:
  • An organizational assessment visit may be arranged.
  • We gather data about the job requirements and compensation.
  • We agree to send resumes of at least two people we feel are qualified for the positions in a timely manner.
  • During the candidate selection process, we are available by telephone to answer any questions you may have.
  • If for some reason you are not satisfied with the resumes submitted we would present other qualified people for you review.
  • If the person who we present is hired within one year for any position within in the organization, Noyes & Associates, Ltd. is due the fee as discussed.
  • If the employee hired under this agreement is discharged for fault or resigns during the first three (3) months of employment, a satisfactory replacement will be presented at no additional charge to you within a reasonable of period of time.
  • Agreed upon expenses associated with the search will be reimbursed.
  • References will be checked and names given to you for follow-up on work performance.
  • We will assist the candidate by providing information about your area.
  • We do not require an exclusive agreement.
  • You consent to the jurisdictions of the courts of Illinois that the right and obligation of parties arising under this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois.
